Sean was an incredibly helpful and generous realtor, who went above and beyond to meet the buying needs of myself and my wife. He is very military friendly and provides unbiased and needed unfiltered opinions. He is a member of the local community; so he takes pride in the neighborhoods he represents and wants to setup families with children in top notch schools and school districts. Sean was willing to meet with my family on weekends and evenings to guarantee all parties could maximize their ability to view residential properties at their convenience. When it's time to sell my new house, Sean will be the first in line to get the contract.

Our journey with Mr. Parker was one of the best experiences I have had! One year ago my credit was not good enough but Sean gave me the tools We needed so that we could get where we needed. He offered advice and help. He was always available and went out of his way to help us. It took a year because that was the pace that we could afford at the time. Our family moved from Tacoma, WA and he did video walkthroughs of homes for us so we could be settled before moving here. That alone makes him an excellent realtor and is only part of the reason I would recommend Sean to anyone. More importantly to me, Sean will spend a great deal of time learning what it is you want in a home and be your strongest advocate in finding it. Every realtor says that’s what they do; Sean proves it. Sean would rather lose on a larger commission than have you end up in a house he knows, based on your discussions with him, you ultimately will not like (even if you have stars in your eyes at first glance of a house), and his ability to know what you will and will not like is uncanny. He puts his all into finding you a house and it is obvious to me he cares more about his professional responsibility to you than his personal gain. After getting you into a house he doesn’t stop there. He has made himself available and assisted us in coordinating virtually every aspect/complication of settling into our new home at zero benefits to him other than helping his client. He has been an invaluable guide, mentor, and friend. Sean will be our realtor until he retires; knowing him probably even after that. If you have the opportunity to work with him and you pass on it you will be making the biggest realty-related mistake of your life.
